One duck leg per package

Our duck confit is cooked sous vide for an extended period in duck fat. It is then vacuumed and packaged, and it will keep for months in your refrigerator. It is tender and most, and you can use it as is or put it into your favourite stew or taco for extra flavour and texture. Or, add it to a soup; there are unlimited options for this intensely flavoured food.

Ingredients: local duck, kosher salt for the brine, thyme, bay leaves, duck fat and whole peppercorns.
