Our duck confit is cooked sous vide for a long period of time in duck fat. It is then vacuumed packaged and will keep for months in your refrigerator. It is tender and most and you can use as is or put into your favourite stew or taco for extra flavour and texture. Or, add it to a soup, there are unlimited options for this intensely flavoured food.
Ingredients: local duck, kosher salt for the brine, thyme, bay leaves, duck fat and whole pepper corns.
