All hands-on classes are $90 per person and includes a sit-down meal & a glass of wine.

All 3 day hands-on Culinary Skills courses are $300 per person and include all recipes and notes

and a sampling of all the food prepared.

All 4 day "Chefs Series" courses are $350 per person and include all recipes and notes

and a sampling of all the food prepared.

All 'Day in the Kitchen' classes are $125.00 per person and include all recipes and a sampling of all of the food prepared.
