As members of Slow Food, our focus is on healthy locally sourced, fresh, artisan, and sustainable food. So, all of our ingredients, from local traditionally farmed meat, fish and produce to artisan dairy products are from Ontario producers whenever possible. We also source organic and fair trade ingredients.
The focal point and passion behind our business is our own artisan prepared foods. We are know for our visually impactful terrines and hors d'oeuvres.Our creations are based on the tasting menu concept, therefore everything is intensely flavoured.
