Viva Tastings Express comes in three levels, catering to a range of cooking experiences, inclinations or time available:
1. Serve at Room Temperature: Our dips, desserts, some hors d'oeuvres, crostini, pita crisps, cocktail nuts, and more are ready to be served items that will impress your guests and save you stress.
2. Re-Heat and Serve: - these items are designed to be deliciously simple, and include our soups, sauces and complete dinners like Wine Braised Chicken on a Bed of Fennel and Carrots or Beef Bourguignon or Moroccan Lentil Tangine. They are cleverly packaged in a new vacuum sealed container that you can keep in your refrigerator for weeks. All you do is snip open the seal, put the contents in a pan and heat in the oven, stove top or microwave, then arrange artfully on a plate and serve.
3. Cook and Serve: - these items have been marinated or prepared, ready for you to grill, bake or boil. They include dishes such as our Lasagna, Mac and Cheese, Pot Pies, Breakfast Stratas, Stuffing, and more.
