Special family affairs, intimate dinner parties for friends, Gallery Opening Night receptions, or large special events like Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate Launches, Congratulations for success or any occasion that warrants great food and ambiance. The concept is always the same Ð small portions of intensely flavoured food. However, this can mean a full sit-down dinner party with 5 to 10 courses. Variety is key. We want every course to be a special tasting experience. Or, if you are having a cocktail party, we can design one that will allow your guests to either have a light snack or a full course dinner experience without the need for plates and/or forks.
